Three things you can hand to someone.

Each prints from what you have already put in. What you see on screen is what prints.

For the end of a school year

Report card

Every course for the year, the grades, and the attendance behind them.

For a college application

Transcript

The high school years on their own, not a whole childhood. Change your grading scale partway through and each year prints with the scale it was graded on.

For an evaluator, or for you

Journal log

Your hours by subject, then every day you wrote down. Three entries on a Tuesday still count as one day of school.

The keeping up is the easy part.

A few minutes here and there through the week, rather than a week of it in June.

Weighted however you like

Grades

Tests at 50, quizzes at 25, homework at 25, or whatever split you set. Changing this year's scale will not touch last year's.

A tap a day

Attendance

A day you leave blank does not count against you. You decide what absent, excused and late are worth.

Two minutes at the end of the day

Daily work

The pages or the lesson, a line about how it went, and the minutes. We add the hours up, and you can attach a photo.

Your records stay yours.

Take a copy whenever you like

One file with everything in it: children, courses, grades, attendance, the journal and your grading scales. Load it back if you ever need to. Photos and uploaded files are not included.

Nothing gets deleted

Tidying a document away only hides it, and Show archived brings it back.

Getting in

An email address and a password. Add a passkey or a text code if you want one. Your family's records are kept apart from every other family's.

On your phone

Add it to your home screen straight from the browser, with no app store to go through. Nothing is stored on the phone itself, so losing the phone does not lose your records.

Invite-only while it is being built.

There is no public signup yet. Setting up an account needs a code, and it goes in on the way through.
